Housing

So out of curiousity, where is everyone dorming? Are you happy with your dorm?

I'm in a coffin (wonder how small those are) single at McCormick.

I'm also in a coffin at McCormick. I'm in 221.
Coffins, eh? I got one at MacGregor's.
Double in EC...though I've no clue as to a roommate
I'm in a double in EC as well. I know my roommate already, though. Are you in East or West?

I'm very excited about having gotten EC.

Burton Conner

423H - I looked it up, it's either a double or a triple on Conner's 4th floor.
i'm in baker 501, but am thinking of it as more of a trial run if/when i decide to switch to burton conner. i kinda just want to know who my roommates'll be - i looked baker 501 up on facebook (*sheepish face*) but it turned up two asian guys, presumably from last year.
mmmmyes. senior haus.
*look at housing info*...354-2!
excellent... that's 3rd HNC... has some awesome people. Also, it's a very large double...

Walcott 412? Then temporarily, at least, you have a beautiful room. Last year's resident painted a really awesome labyrinth on the ceiling and I believe she painted the walls as well. She also had lots of plants on the back wall and lots of mirrors -- it looked like a rainforest, it was fantastic -- but I'm not sure how much of that she left.

(Although now I think of it, it's very likely that W412 is actually Wood 412, in which case, uh, never mind. :P)

Welcome to 41W. here's some info about the hall. http://web.mit.edu/41w/www/index.html
I was temped on 41W as a freshman, and two years later... tada! i'm still here. it's a nice place, with lotsa nice and awesome people. i hope you'll enjoy. but feel free to look around.
oh by the way... wood 412 is a single.
Random Hall!!! (the max allowed number of exclamations, heh)

I am happy. I should probably look up all the room stuff. Still, a massive Yayfor Random! Anybody else?
East Campus: 3rd East (H304) I also have no idea who I'm rooming with :(
H304 is actually third west -- EC has two parallels, with Hayden, Munroe and Wood on the west and Walcott, Goodale and Bemis on the east. :)
Hello from third west! I was temped there last year and ended up staying on the hall and having a really good time. Hayden (the H in H304) is the middle part of the parallel and is therefore the most interesting and fun. I live in Wood (the end of the building closer to campus rather than the river) and look forward to meeting you this fall. Come say hi, I'm in W311!

p.s. if you want more detailed info about me and/or the hall email me at thrive@mit.edu
I stayed in a "coffin" single at CPW. I would have no problem living in there, but with me and my host it was pretty crowded...there was hardly any room to walk around when my cot was up. On the upside, her room had a beautiful view of the Charles.

I'm in room 201 in McCormick, how do we know if we have a single or a double, just wait to get emailed?
On the McCormick site uthere's a pdf file for where everything is located (like it has all the room numbers and lists the sizes). I don't know the link off the top of my head but it shouldn't be too hard to find from the site. I believe that all the doubles in McCormick are triples now? (that's what I heard)
BAKER 201!!!!
macgregor G215 :)
I'm in Bexley, room 308C. Any idea what that means?
I'm in Bexley, room 310C. Maybe we'll be neighbors? ^_^
